I have just completed my Post Graduate Diploma in NGO Management from New Delhi YMCA ( Result'll be out by August) and presently exploring sites for a good opportunity to start with. I have always been interested in working for the development sector and this very interest provoked me to undergo this one year program and see working with NGOs as a serious career option. I am now quite ready to turn my knowledge into knowledge capital and hence would like to have your support.
ReplyDeleteBut the major problem in my way is that, all the recruitment add asks for experienced people and it seem that only way freshers can enter this field is through Volunteering. At this point of time I cannot afford to be a volunteer. Please suggest if there is any way where I can beg a nice opportunity with a reputed organisation and work as an employee rather than volunteer.
My personal interest would be in the area of project management and implementation, Monitoring and evaluation and proposal/project writing ( certainly as an assistance). I am open for Delhi, Assam and B'glore as location.
You can get in touch with me over parasar.sharma@gmail.com.
Looking forward for you help.
